Dream Interpretation - A Unique Guide
Dream interpretation can be a very personal thing. Events that have befallen you or those close to you can play a significant part in the interpretation that you place upon dreams. Elements of your dreams, however, can have specific interpretation placed upon them. And with the correct training or guidance, dream interpretation can provide stunningly accurate incites into all aspects of your life. Many ancient wisdom's believed that dreams were actually messages from the Gods. Whilst there is no corroborative evidence of this, there is some commonality amongst certain traditions on the meaning of certain symbols in dream interpretation.

Houses
Freud felt that dreaming of houses indicated a wish to visit a house of ill repute. Many of Freud's dream interpretation revolved around sexual activity or had sexual reference. In Jungian terms, a house represents the self and its rooms are personality aspects.

Continuing with the Freudian interpretation of dreams, here is the next in the list.
Birds
For Freud, not surprisingly, birds are phallic symbols. For Artemidorus and Jung, birds are images of the soul, the desire to be free. And their condition in the dream indicates the condition of the soul.
Flying
For Freud, once again, this indicates sexual activity. Jung suggests that flying symbolizes confidence, liberty and transcendence.
In modern terms, flying dreams symbolize exceptional ability.
Being chased
There is more of a consensus amongst dream interpreters, in that they agree that being chased suggests some sort of childhood fear or present pressures and threats.
Failing
For Freud, falling symbolizes sexual inability. In modern terms, falling represents a fear of loss of control.
Horses
According to Freud, horses symbolize the sexual drive. Jung suggested that dreams about horses could be indicative of health conditions.
It is also suggested that dreams about horses can represent clairvoyance and fertility.
